Case Study
We designed a day to really test how robust a commercial team was, with a series of challenges which had to be identified and overcome by effective, joint problem solving and decision making. They were given a budget and a sequence of clues that took them from city centre to the coast. On the way they gathered all the necessities for a series of tasks on and around the beach. On successful completion of these tasks, they had all the resources for a beach BBQ. Message: effective decision making and problem solving puts you in control of your working day.
